Unic Fiber Posts in size 2 are narrow-diameter dual-taper fiber posts engineered for esthetic post-and-core restorations on anterior teeth with limited canal width, particularly maxillary lateral incisors, mandibular incisors, and any case where conservation of radicular dentine is the primary clinical concern. The 1.5mm coronal diameter provides adequate mechanical engagement in the coronal third where most occlusal stress concentrates, while the 0.9mm apical diameter follows the natural canal taper to preserve apical dentine and minimize wedging stress. Unic posts are manufactured from radiopaque, light-transmitting unidirectional fiber reinforced with epoxy resin. The radiopacity enables post-position verification on standard periapical radiographs after cementation, while the light-transmitting body permits full-depth polymerization of dual-cure and light-cure resin cements throughout the entire post length and eliminating the apical dark zones associated with opaque post systems and ensuring complete adhesive bonding. The modulus of elasticity matches natural dentine closely, allowing the post-restored tooth to flex as a single biomechanical unit under occlusal load and substantially reducing vertical root fracture risk compared with rigid metal alternatives. The pre-treated post surface bonds reliably with all major dental adhesive primers and dual-cure resin cements. Each refill pack contains 10 single-size posts.
