Nordin Square Post Reamers in the 28mm short length are Swiss-made rotary post-space instruments designed for posterior teeth and any clinical situation where access constraints prevent comfortable use of the longer 32mm reamer. The 28mm length offers easier maneuverability in second molars, in patients with limited mouth opening, and in cases where the rubber dam clamp or operating field encroaches on file clearance. Each reamer features a square four-edge cross-section that delivers efficient, predictable cutting along the canal walls, creating a uniformly shaped post-space that maximizes retention and minimizes residual undercuts. This assorted package contains six reamers & one of each size from 1 through 6, providing a complete sequential set for graduated enlargement, beginning with a small pilot size and progressing in measured increments to the diameter matching the selected post. Manufactured in Switzerland from premium tool steel, hardened and tempered for sustained edge retention through clinical use and repeated autoclave cycles. The non-cutting tip serves as a guide that follows the existing canal trajectory, reducing the risk of lateral perforation or strip-out. Ring markings on the shank allow rapid size identification chairside. Compatible with Nordin and Mecodont post systems and most generic posts of matching diameter. Latch-type shank fits standard slow-speed contra-angle handpieces.
