Its narrow diameter allows the clinician to verify canal patency, confirm post-space angulation, and create a uniform reference channel before progressing to larger reamers and the final post-matched size. The 32mm long length is suited to anterior teeth — particularly maxillary and mandibular canines — where the canal length frequently exceeds the reach of standard 28mm reamers. The square four-edge cross-section produces clean cutting along the canal walls without aggressive tearing, while the inactive guide tip follows the existing canal trajectory and protects against lateral perforation. Each reamer is manufactured in Switzerland from hardened, tempered tool steel that retains its sharpness through repeated clinical use and autoclave sterilization.
