Mani Super Files are stainless steel rotary endodontic files designed for use with twisted contra angle handpieces (low speed engine driven rotary). Manufactured in Japan by Mani Inc., Super Files combine the high cutting efficiency of Mani's flexile file geometry with the precision and durability required for mechanical rotation. The result is a rotary file that delivers fast, controlled canal enlargement at low rotational speeds, suited to clinicians who prefer engine driven canal preparation but want the tactile control of a stainless steel instrument rather than the more aggressive cut of conventional NiTi rotary.

The defining technical features of Super Files are a mirror finished cutting surface that reduces friction and clears debris cleanly during rotation, and a highly accurate taper that meets or exceeds ISO standard tolerances. Both characteristics matter clinically: the mirror finish reduces the risk of file separation from accumulated stress, and the precision taper ensures that each file in a sequence transitions smoothly to the next without leaving step transitions in the canal wall. Mani's hard-fiber stainless steel formulation gives Super Files documented corrosion resistance across multiple sterilization cycles and a long clinical lifespan relative to generic alternatives.

Clinical use is straightforward. Super Files are inserted into the canal with a slow, gentle vertical motion under continuous irrigation. If the file tip begins to bind, the clinician withdraws the file slightly and re enters, never forcing the instrument. The slim shank diameter and high flexibility allow Super Files to follow canal curvature without forcing the canal to straighten. Available in 21mm and 25mm working lengths and standard ISO sizes, each box contains 6 files of a single size with color coded handles for ISO identification and a PBT shank rated for repeated autoclave sterilization.
