The Dexiter Pineyro Arch Instruments Kit is a revolutionary implant maintenance solution that allows hygienists and clinicians to debride full-fixed implant restorations without removing the prosthesis. a workflow advance that dramatically reduces appointment time, eliminates the cost and frustration of prosthesis removal, and improves patient comfort during routine implant hygiene appointments. The kit features four specially designed Pineyro Arch scalers, each with an ergonomic silicon grip and an arched working end engineered to conform to the circular contours of implant abutments and prosthetic components. Pineyro Arch Ti1 is designed for debriding implants placed in the anterior zone, particularly the lingual area of lower anterior implants where calculus accumulation is most frequent and most difficult to access with conventional scalers. Pineyro Arch Ti2 is engineered for cleaning the entire posterior region and both upper and lower, left and right — with a shank shape that allows comfortable access to second molar implant positions. Pineyro Arch Ti3 features a slightly different angulation specifically designed to reach the mesial and distal aspects of implants, where conventional sickle scalers slip off the rounded contour and risk soft tissue trauma. Pineyro Arch Ti4 resembles a sickle scaler but with multiple additional applications including pre-impression abutment cleaning and abutment preparation prior to cementation.
