Bite Trays are disposable horseshoe-shaped impression trays designed for rapid bite registration, opposing arch study models, and orthodontic record-taking. Each tray is constructed from semi-rigid plastic with a perforated base that mechanically retains alginate or polyether impression material throughout the setting period, producing a stable record of both arches in a single closed-bite step. The box contains 30 trays in a mix of straight and curved profiles, allowing the clinician to match the tray geometry to the patient's individual arch form, straight trays suit narrower, more uniform arches, while curved trays accommodate broader or asymmetric arch shapes. The dual-arch design captures both maxillary and mandibular dentition simultaneously when the patient occludes into the loaded tray, dramatically reducing chair time compared with separate single-arch impressions. The flexible flange allows easy tray removal without distortion of the set impression. Disposable construction eliminates cross-contamination risk and removes the need for tray cleaning and sterilization between patients. Suitable for crown and bridge bite registration, opposing arch records during single-unit restorations, orthodontic study casts, and quick reference impressions for case planning. Compatible with all major alginate, polyether, vinyl polysiloxane, and bite registration materials.
