Mani Carbide Burs deliver the cutting precision and edge longevity that have made Mani a worldwide standard in dental rotary instruments. From premium tungsten carbide, each bur is precision-ground to deliver consistent, vibration-free cutting across a wide range of operative procedures, cavity preparation, amalgam and composite removal, crown sectioning, caries excavation, and access cavity refinement. The tungsten carbide cutting head is significantly harder than stainless steel, allowing each bur to maintain a sharp edge through more procedures than standard steel burs. Mani's proprietary blade geometry & featuring carefully spaced cutting flutes with optimized rake angles, produces clean, chatter-free cuts even in dense enamel and dentine. The friction-grip (FG) shank is dimensionally accurate to ISO specifications and runs true at high-speed handpiece speeds with minimal eccentric wobble, reducing patient discomfort and improving tactile control for the operator. Each pack contains 10 burs of a single shape and size, allowing high-volume practices to maintain consistent stock for everyday use. Available in standard operative shapes including round, pear, inverted cone, fissure, and tapered fissure designs. All Mani carbide burs are autoclavable and engineered for repeated sterilization cycles. Stock these burs as everyday consumables for restorative and operative procedures where cutting accuracy and edge longevity directly impact clinical outcomes.
